We’re Back

19 Samhain/18 Nov.

Lady Columba

O, Madria Grace, Jana of Compassion, Love and Mercy, be with us.

May the Pure Stream of Your Grace flow within me, in this world and in all the worlds to come.

Hello, everyone. I am back from greeting my newest grandchild in the beautiful state of Montana.

During the upcoming week, we will be discussing the feast days and traditions of the Holy Month of Astrea/Dec., the first month of the Sacred Season of Winter, which begins on 1 Astrea/Nov. 28.

We also hope that some of our members will graciously share their most favored traditions and recipes!

Many blessings!

  1. Welcome back! I am sure that words cannot express the joy you feel at meeting your newest family member! I am looking forward to the season as well and putting up my Sun Wheel and new Silver Tree.

  2. Thank you, Madria. Yes, it’s always a joy to welcome a new little one into the family! I’m so glad you reminded me about the Silver Tree! Where I use mine all year long…I would have completely forgotten to mention it as part of the Nativity/Yule celebration!!!!

  3. Congratulations on the addition to your family! I hope mother & child are healthy and happy.

I can hardly contain myself for the posts on Advent & Nativity! It seems so wonderful and exciting to me this year. I’ve already begun putting up decorations, nearly a full week earlier than my family has done in years, and taking slightly larger steps to adding more pieces – such as Advent Candles – into the house this year.

I have seen it mentioned in several places today – the Sun Wheel and the Silver Tree. What are those? Or should I wait until your posts on them? ^ω^

  4. May I add that the Silver Tree I mentioned is available via Amazon in the US, but no longer available via the Yankee Candle website. If you have a local Yankee Candle store, it might be a good idea to look there.
