P.S. to Bits and Pieces

I had mentioned, previously, that I have simplified the Traditional Deanic times of prayer: Aurora (dawn/morning), Noontide and Evensong, as most people work and do not have time for lengthy prayers.

Hymns and chants are an high form of prayer which is why the work of ArchMatrona Georgia with the Lady of Light Chantry (the Lucienne Tradition) is so important.

Another hymn that may be easily adapted and might be lovely for the times of prayer is the Hail Mary in song form. The most famous of which is the traditional Ave Maria in Latin.

Here is a beautiful, more modern version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KeqbBgRwujk.

A more folksong version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PglEF7mTf2E

Unfortunately, I am not able to find my favorite version which we sang in the 1970’s. Someday, I’ll try to find a way to record it, myself. That one, aside from the Ave Maria, was my favorite.
