Spiritual Act

We spend the beginning of the Sacred month of Hestia, 13 days in total, in daily meditation for a few minutes in the spiritual practice of concentrating upon a spiritual month and it’s mystery.

This is the reflection that I find personally meaningful and beneficial:
Great Mother as the Foundation of Faith, somber, quiet in honour of the suffering that the Holy Daughter endures during Her painful Descent down through the realms. We should contemplate Her Sacrificial Shattering which gave us our souls.

Personally, I appreciate the quiet few minutes spent daily in contemplation in my cosy love filled home.
