The Agora Gazette/Calendar and Book Club updates

2 Abalon/Sept. 6
Columbadi/Fri. (Dove day).

Day of Sai Sushuri Grace, Fountain of Compassion, Love and Mercy.

Dear Devotees and Friends,

Members of the Hypatia Book Club are now reading the first chapter of Women Who Run With the Wolves. Discussion questions will be posted. For those who are interested in joining the women’s book club, the link may be found to the upper right in our menu. Thank you!

The online calendar for each month may now be found as a sub-page beneath our Janite Deanic Calendar (see menu, upper right). The secular dates will be added for easier use.

And finally, also listed at the upper right of our menu, devotees and friends are invited to subscribe to the new Agora Gazette newsletter of Clan Jana. (Clan Jana consists of the hestias of Janite devotees. An hestia, in Janite Tradition, are those homes which have been blessed and consecrated to Dea.)

Again, we wish to thank ArchSorella Minna for an outstanding job. She has been working tirelessly to launch the book club, the new online calendar and the newsletter.  Her efforts are much appreciated.

May the blessings of Dea be with you!

Blessed is She.

The Agora Gazette: The Clan Jana Newsletter

Hello!

ArchSorella Minna here, and I’m so excited to announce the beginning of our…

NEWSLETTER!

Lady-Writing-a-Letter-Albert-Edelfelt-Oil-Painting

That’s right! Clan Jana now has our very own newsletter, which you can sign up for:

Here!

Releasing on the first day of each sacred month (and if you sign up mid-month, we’ll make sure to send it to you too!), this newsletter is another way for all of us to build our community and stay in touch.

Bear with us for these first few months as we figure out formatting and how best to present information to you. We plan to include interesting or inspiring links, devotee-submitted photos and devotionals, a reminder of feast days, dates for the Rite of Veneration, and even seasonal recipes and resources!

Your email will be collected and safely stored by a well-established newsletter company called Mailchimp, so you can rest easy knowing that your email is ONLY going to be used for our newsletter.

I’m so happy to present this newsletter as a gift to our community, and I can’t wait to see you sign up!

-ArchSorella Minna
