The Seven Bows may be used for Aurora (morning devotions) and Evensong (evening devotions). (Please see our Tracing the Fora and Bowing page for directions.) We end by blessing the Holy Daughter as the Queen of Heaven. (The Celestial Mother is High Queen. The Great Mother is Empress.)
In the morning, veil, light candle (and incense if desired) and face East.
Dip fingers in Holy Water if available, trace the Fora and say, In the Name of the Mother, and of the Daughter, and of the Great Mother. Blessed is She.
Pray and bow:
Hail, Madria Theia, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Candra, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Vicka, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Sofia, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Thema, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Grace, be with us. (Bow).
Hail, Madria Rhea, be with us. (Bow).
Then, if desired, pray the Hail Kora, read scripture, sing an hymn, etc.
Eternal is the Light of the Mother.
Eternal is the Love of the Daughter.
Eternal is the Life of the Great Mother.
Glorious is the Eternity of Dea.
Let us bless the Queen of Heaven.
Blessed is She.
Let us thank the Seven Janati of Power.
Thanks be to the Seven Janati.
Prepare and trace Fora as above and face East.
Hail, Madria Theia, I thank you for this day. (bow). Continue for all Seven Janati. Be sure to express gratefulness for any prayers answered or special blessings that may have come your way.
End the same as for Aurora.
