The Trinity/Trinitarian Correspondences in the Janite Tradition

Dear Sisters and Devotees,

We have new members of the JOP as well as new readers of our blog. Where questions have arisen regarding our basic beliefs and how we might be differ from other Traditions of the Deanic community, we are offering a three part series on (1) the Trinity, (2) the Holy Daughter and (3) the Janati as They are experienced and worshiped in the Janite Tradition.

One way that we might be different from other other Traditions is that like the Madrians, we are liturgical. We use the original Madrian liturgy which we have expanded and to which we have added Janite prayers.

We also faithfully serve the Rite of Sacrifice on each Full Moon. (The Madrians served it four times a month.) As it states in the communion rite of our liturgy and in our scriptures: And She said: Even as you have offered to Me bread in sacrifice, so I give to you the Bread of my Soul; and as you have poured out libations of wine to Me, so I pour out the Eternal Libation of My Eternal Spirit. (Chapter VII, verse 23 of the Mythos of the Divine Maid).

We have also re-introduced a valid priestesshood into our Tradition of the Faith. (This heritage shall be explained to each person in priestess training.)

We are very personal in our approach to the Trinity, especially in the areas of the Great Mother and the Janati. (Dea is One and Three and Seven.)

We view Dea as:

The Still Centre of the All/Absolute Source/Creatrix (Great Mother),

The Genetrix (the One Who births or manifests all of Creation into existence (the Celestial Mother),

and the Sustainer/Ruler of Creation and Soteria of our souls (the Holy Daughter).

We may differ from other Traditions in that do not tend to view the Great Mother as the ultimate Destroyer at the end of the Cosmic Age and of the three conceptions of Absolute Deity in this Wiki article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absolute_(philosophy), Janites probably come closest to the first concept: In conception (1) the Absolute is the most true and intelligible reality. It can be spoken of and known. For example, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel‘s Absolute Spirit is the most true reality. It is thinkable, speakable, and exists in the objective world by comprehending everything, including people, states, and world history. 

While we would say that the Great Mother is Transcendent, She is also the Ocean of All Being. She knows us, intimately. We tend to see the Her as both knowable and unknowable at the same time, i.e., there are things that we can know about Her and things that are beyond our knowledge and understanding. This is why I have always loved Nicholas Roerich’s painting of the Mother of the World as an image for the Great Mother. Though She is veiled, meaning that there are things we cannot know about Her and so She is Mystery (Mysteria), She clearly has Personhood (though a Being of Light w/o Form).

The Great Mother is the Person/Being from Whom All Life Flows. She is the Person/Being from Whom the Mother and the Daughter emanate. She is the One and we are all within that One.

My remote viewing teacher taught us that God is not in us, we are in God….we are like drops of water in the ocean of God. This is very similar to the teaching of the Filianists. And this is how I see the Great Mother. The Great Mother is the Source, the Ocean of our very being and we exist in Her.

Emanating from Her: the Celestial Mother is the Holy Fire of our spirits and birthed from the Celestial Mother: the Holy Daughter is the Soul of All Nature and She shares Her Soul with us. (More on that in the next post.)

So, we are One with the Great Mother in our essential being; we are One with the Celestial Mother in our spirits and we are One with the Holy Daughter in our Souls. This is the ultimate and intimate relationship that we share with Dea. Blessed is She.

We would not see the Trinity as Functions nor the Janati as Powers, per say. Each Person of the Trinity has a function, yes. But They are much more than Their functions. Each Person of the Janati has a Power, yes, but They are not the Power.

Ultimately, Janites would agree with the following: Philosophers such as Shankara denied the Absolute any personal sense, whereas philosophers such as Ramanuja and Madhva, tended to identify the Absolute with a personal God. The Traditionalist School, via Frithjof Schuon, admits:

and I think I prefer this approach, myself. I prefer to teach the Trinity as Creatrix; Genetrix  and Soteria. I think of the Great Mother as being the Creatrix within the Still Centre of All Being; while the Celestial Mother gives birth to the Creation in manifestation and the Holy Daughter saves all of Creation, rules and sustains it.

So, for Janites, Dea, in Her Triple Form is Creatrix (Great Mother), Genetrix (Celestial Mother) and Soteria (Holy Daughter).

We also believe that we may directly approach the Celestial Mother.

I was devoted to Mary, the Blessed Mother, all of my life… since I was six years old. Though we were always taught that she was human and not divine, we treated her as if she was Divine. Because I had such a close bond with her all of my life, and she granted so many miracles in my life and never, ever once ceased to help me when I called upon her, in this form of the Holy Mother, I while I believed that She was transcendent; She was by my side every single day because the Veil of Illusion is nothing to Her. (In an apparition of Sophia, She said that those who prayed to Mary were really praying to Her.)  So while the Celestial Mother is Transcendent  the Holy Daughter is Immanent.

 

The Holy Daughter is the Holy Soul of the World, of All the Cosmos. She is part of us and we of Her. The Jews teach of the Shekinah, who, like Sophia is considered to be the World Soul, that because She is the World Soul, there is nothing that we go through that She does not experience with us.

And so, the Holy Daughter is immanently here with us in a way that the Celestial Mother is not.  Our scriptures state that we are One with the Holy Daughter in Body; we teach that we are One with the Holy Daughter in Soul. Both are two ways of saying essentially the same thing, but with a different emphasis. (More in the next post.)

So, to summarize this first post: we are highly Trinitarian and very personal in our approach to each Person of the Trinity. Each has Her time of day, Her titles, Her Seasons, Her days, Her roles, Her worship and Her prayers. We find correspondences very helpful because each is a wealth of symbolism which helps to give us an intuitive understanding of Dea and the Janati. These are Their basic correspondences in the Janite (and many are also of the Lucienne) Tradition:

Mystery over which She presides: Quassare (The Descent of the Holy Daughter and the Shattering of Her Divine Soul).

She is the Being of All Life.

Seasons: Summer and Fall

Mysteries: Terram  (The Holy Mother as the Ground of All Being) and Assumpta (the Holy Mother is the Assumption of our Souls).

Titles: Fiery Rose of Heaven; Rose of Joy). (We don’t use the title Rose of the World because that means something very different. See Daniel Andreev. Also, if the Celestial Mother is Transcendent, then She is the Rose of Heaven, Rosa Coeli, not Rose of the World, Rosa Mundi.)

Role: Genetrix

Royal Title: High Queen of Heaven

Day: Sunnadi

Symbol: the Sun (there are really Seven symbols in our religion, the Five Symbols of the Mysteries and the Sun and Moon.)

The Spirit of Moura

Madria Rhea is the Face/Power/Violet Ray/Spirit/Form of Dea Matrona, the Great Mother.

First of all, I have updated the Janati correspondence page to include which Persons of the Trinity Each represents and the chakras over which they rule. Please don’t worry about any updates. I still have to update a few other things, including some minor issues with the latest edition of the liturgy, the Mysteries of the rosary and the calendar, add terms to the glossary, etc. Once all the prayers, rites, the liturgy, calendar etc., are published in the prayer book, they will be set in stone, so to speak and there will be no more editing.

This article speaks about the importance of the correspondences of the Season, the Great Mother and the meaning of the time of Moura. Each correspondence is filled with deep, symbolic meaning. 

Tomorrow night is the full Spirit Moon, which is appropriate because this Season is all about Spirit.

The symbol of this month, the Fora, represents the Element of Spirit, Spirit being the Fifth Element of the Sacred Season of Moura.

Let us remember that when we trace the Fora over ourselves in blessing, we hold the thumb and first two fingers of the right hand together, symbolizing the Trinity, then we begin by touching the forehead and then the heart chakra and say, In the Name of the Mother. This line or ray symbolizes the Celestial Mother. Next we touch the right shoulder and then the left shoulder and say, and of the Daughter. This line or ray symbolizes the Holy Daughter. Next we trace a small circle in the air directly above our heart chakra while saying, and of the Great Mother. This symbolizes the Great Mother. Finally, we end by placing our hand on our heart chakra and say: Blessed is She.

The Seasonal color of Moura is Purple, which is the Elemental color of Spirit in the Janite Tradition. Purple is also the color of the crown chakra, the spiritual chakra. The crown chakra is our connection to the Divine and some believe that upon death, we exit our bodies through our crown chakra.

Interestingly enough, in life between lives and reincarnational studies, the energy/light of those guides and beings who have attained an high evolution of spirituality is violet/purple. Here on Earth, I think it is the aura than tends towards purple for highly spiritual people.

Purple Auras and Spiritual Balance. If an advisor tells you that your aura is purple at the moment, this is a good thing. A purple aura (also known as violet or indigo) means that you are in a good space spiritually, and that you are close to experiencing a state of equilibrium and open awareness. (Beth Asaff).

When we think about it, this makes sense. Violet/Purple is at the furthest end of the light spectrum and so, it may symbolize the highest form of spiritual enlightenment or awake-fullness which means, in essence, Gnosis.

Chakras are our energy system. Do a search on the Crown Chakra is the Spiritual Chakra and you might find some articles of deep interest. Of course, where Madria Candra is the Violet Ray of Dea, the Crown Chakra would come under Her ruler-ship. 1)

While Purple is the Elemental color of Moura, Indigo is one of the liturgical colors of the Season. (Keep in mind, the liturgical colors are the colors of the robes of the Janati . These are colors that are symbolic of Who They Are in Their Spiritual Essence.  The Seasonal colors are the colors of the Five Elements.)

Indigo is the color of the Third Eye chakra, ruled over by Madria Rhea. The Third Eye chakra is the energy vortex of intuition, wisdom and spiritual insight. Both the Crown and Third Eye chakras are relevant areas of study during the Season of Moura. If interested, do a search about Third Eye meditation or opening the Third Eye.

 

 

Moura means dark or darkness. This Season is two-fold. On the one hand, we are mindful of the sacrificial Descent of the Holy Daughter down through the Seven Realms. On the day of Moura, also known in the Greater Faith as Hiatus, 28 Moura/March 19, we veil and observe the Day of the Divine Shattering.  So, Moura has a triple meaning in the Janite Tradition: it is the Fifth Season, it is the Month of the Fifth Season and it is the Day of Hiatus. Each of these three are named, Moura.

Moura is also the time of the Great Mother, Dea Matrona. We call Her Mysteria because She is Mystery and has no Name on Earth. She is the Source of Spirit, the Origin of Spirit, the One Spirit. From Her all things come. From Her all things have consciousness. Moura is the time of the Darkness, the Darkest Hour before the Bright Aurora-Dawn of Columbina.

The Darkest Hour before the Dawn is the Time of the Great Mother, but this Darkness is not evil. It has hidden Light. Always. Forever. Eternally. When those who have had Near Death Experiences speak of the Mother Light, they always describe It as a shimmering velvet Dark Light. I find this to be entrancing and enthralling.

When we speak of the Darkness associated with the Great Mother, it merely signifies Mystery and That which is Hidden. She is the Ground of All Being, whereas the Celestial Mother is the Garden of All Being. Shimmering, Velvet Darkness, Mystery, That Which is Hidden are all intensely Feminine. Intuitively, as females, we understand why this is so.

Our Great Mother is Grandmother. She Who loves us unconditionally. She Who is Ancient Wisdom. When we look up at the Spirit Moon, tomorrow night, let us think of the Great Mother and of Spirit and of the Light beyond the darkness and be encompassed in this Love. She is our Origin. She cares so much for us, She reaches out to us as Mother, and when that Light became too bright for us in this material realm, She became for us the Daughter. What greater love and care for Her creatures can this be?

Moura for us, is not a time of self-sacrifice or austere practices. The idea of a sacrificial Lent stems from Babylonia and from my own research, it originated as a time of 40 days of weeping for Tamuz in honor of his death and before his resurrection. Later, Christianity would adopt the idea from the time of Jesus fasting in the desert.

For Janites, it is a time of self-reflection, a time of deep spiritual practices, not austerities. It is a time of meditation on scripture and of the contemplation of the Great Mother and the Trinitarian Janati.

Moura is a most fitting time to concentrate on the Virtues of Madria Rhea: Steadfastness, Temperance and Self-restraint. Steadfastness in being loyal to our Soul Path; Temperance in not harming our body and Self-restraint from causing harm to others either through action or word. Moura is a somber time, but one that is the heralding of the Bright Dawn to come.

The Great Mother is veiled and so we ritually veil, if not during the entire month of Moura in Her honor, then, at least on the day of Moura/Hiatus in honor of the Holy Daughter. And let’s not forget that in the Janite and Lucienne Tradition, veiling may be symbolized by a rose in the hair or a wide head band in addition to a scarf or chapel veil, veil, head-wrap or hat. So, tomorrow for the Spirit Moon, feel free to research an extra ritual or poem that you can include in your Rite of Sacrifice or Liturgy in honor of the Great Mother.

Though it is the Full Moon, please use the Preface of the Great Mother/Dark Moon in ritual.

Bits and Pieces III is a bit belated. In it, we will make a couple of brief announcements; post about our conclusion as to whether or not we might consider ourselves to be monotheistic and ending with the long-awaited article on the spiritual symbolism of historical fashion by our Sorella Shoshana.

Brighid/Candlemas/Full Bright Moon

Today is the last day of the holy month of Hestia. It is incredible how fast time has been flying these last few years. Everyone talks about it, even the young. Tomorrow is the first day of Brighe, which means, Exalted or Bright One. It is the last month of the Sacred Winter Season. The major feast day of Brighe is Candlemas on Brighe 11/Feb. 2, which, wonderfully enough, occurs on the night of the Full Bright Moon!!!!!!

The Question of Trinitarianism and Monotheism.

Please note that we are speaking of the Janite and Lucienne views, only. A few weeks ago, a vitally important conversation was taking place within the greater community as to whether or not Trinitarians may consider themselves to be monotheistic. I came to the conclusion that we certainly cannot consider ourselves to be monotheistic in the same sense that Jews and Muslims are monotheistic. My conclusion, at the time, was that strict monotheists believe in One God/One Person while we believe in One Godhead/Multiple Persons.

We then, privately, examined the question as to whether or not we might be panentheistic. My problems with the consideration of panentheism is that it would easily lend itself to misconception if we tried to apply it to the Deanic religion. But, those reasons are too lengthy for a Bits and Pieces article.

Once again, our perspectives regarding Deanisms are in accord.  When I first delved into the study of Pan-en-theism (in recent weeks), it did seem at first, to me, to be a philosophical position which could, possibly,  resolve some of the conflicts between mono-theism and pan-theism (or poly-theism). I had studied pan-en-theism before, but without a clear understanding of its ramifications.  Upon further reflection, (this time around), I am now inclined to see pan-en-theism as an attempt to teach pan-theism in disguise.  It appears to me to be a very subtle and dangerous divergence from true Theism.  As I gave read about the development of Panentheism, it appears to have grown more and more absurd, and to have caused more problems and misunderstanding than it was supposed to have solved (regarding the Nature of the Divine and the nature of the cosmos, and regarding the nature of the life forms within the cosmos.
Theism, and Theology, includes the idea that The Divine is both immanent and transcendent.  At the same time, true Theology does not confuse the Divine Being with the cosmos. Contrary to a) various old mythologies, and b) various modern speculations, neither the  cosmos, nor the Earth, is God’s body, (in manifest form). Furthermore, true Theology does not confuse the Divine Nature with the human nature (nor does it equate The Divine Intelligence with the human intellect-mind-thoughts-reason).  True Theology discerns the difference between the knowledge of the Divine, (which comes by revelation and through grace, directly from the Divine), with the study of the human psyche and the study of the physical world (which is developed through human reason, aka mental study or scholarship and experimentation).
I am now more inclined than ever to define Deanism as simply Feminine Monotheism.

Later that evening, as I was praying my rosary, an image formed in my mind and I was able to understand this question from a different viewpoint. The image was a way to understand how Trinitarians may be monotheistic using Janite/Lucienne imagery and titles.

It must be kept in mind that Janites are emanationists. While there are differing forms of emanation, one definition of emanation is:

to flow out, issue, or proceed, as from a source or origin; come forth; originate.

Synonyms: arise, spring, flow.  (1, 2)
Or it is understood to be a radiation from the Godhead (3)
The Thesaurus lists flow or flowing as a synonym for emanation. (4)
The Janite and Lucienne Traditions have always used the word flow or flowing when describing Dea. We say that the Janati flow as Seven Streams from Dea and that from the Still Centre Point of the Fora flow the Four Great Rivers of Life, etc. And so, the flowing river is very much used as traditional imagery for the Janite/Lucienne Traditions of Deanism.
This was the meditation:
I saw, in my mind, an image of a great and sacred river. It began in the Form of a Still Dark Pool. This is the Source. The One. The Eternal Still Pointe of the Centre. At this One Point, it is the Fountainhead. It is She, the Empress, the Great Mother, She Who is the Fountainhead of all Life.
Fountainhead: an original source of something; a principle source; origin; a spring that is the source or head of the stream.
From this Dark Pool flows a River which becomes Lighter as it flows onward. At one point and Eternally, this River Forms a basin, a Font. It is She, the High Queen, the Celestial Mother, the Matrix, She Who is the Font of All Light.
Font: a receptacle for water or, metaphorically, for wisdom; reservoir.
The Waters of the Font over-flow and become the River, again. The Eternal River, spilling out of the Font, begins to glow and flows onward. At the third point and Eternally, the River Forms a Fountain. It is the Holy Daughter, the Priestess of Grace, She, Who is the Fountain of All Love.
Fountain: (Spiritual definition:) A spring of living water in distinction from a well. 
At each Eternal Point of the River, Dea takes on Form and Personhood and yet, Each Form and Personhood spring from the One River; from the One Source. In this way, both views of understanding Dea are but two ways of stating the same Truth. Dea is One with Three Forms. Dea is One in Three Persons. Ultimately, when speaking of the Trinity, they mean the same thing. And, in this way, Trinitarians may be said to be monotheistic.

For Deanics, this River goes on to form the Seven Streams of Power and Virtue. And so, though the traditional shamrock and the original apple tree analogies are fine ways of explaining Trinitarian doctrine, for Deanics, the idea of the River that is One and Three and Seven might better blend with our thealogical style.

For those who follow a Blended Path, simply picture the River of the Divine Feminine and the River of the Divine Masculine as Twin Rivers flowing from the One Fountainhead/ Source of All Life.

Throughout my time studying and recreating historical fashion, I have noticed that many periods have the option of 3, 5, or 7 layers underneath the layer we can see.

3 can represent Dea as Mother, Daughter, and Dark Mother.

7 can represent the seven Janyait (https://deanic.com/the-seven-great-geniae/who-are-the-seven-great-geniae/)

The fact that these layers are unseen can represent Dea behind all things. She is the unseen presence everywhere!

In this article, I will be discussing a few of the time periods I am most familiar with and have recreated.

Rennaissance:

During the rennaissance era, an option for under garments could’ve included 3 items: the chemise, the kirtle, and the farthingale. The chemise is the garment closest to the skin and typically made of linen. It was used to protect the other garments from bodily oils. The kirtle was a boned under dress and a pre-cursor to the corset. The farthingale was the cone shaped hoop skirt that was worn inspired by boned Spanish skirts. These would be the minimum one would need as the basis to the look above.

18th Century:

Underneath the 18th century look, the bare minimum one would need is similar to the rennaissance era. We have the chemise. But, by this era, stays have come into being. These are basically a corset without the front hook and eye busk. Towards the end of the previous period covered, stays came into being by eliminating the skirt part of the kirtle. Panniers, or basket hoops are next. These can basically be thought of as having a basket on each hip tied to the waist.
Regency:

The regency era had a simpler look. But, it still had layers underneath the clothing. This can be the chemise, a softer corded stays and a petticoat. The fabrics by this period were very thin and one may have wanted that petticoat to maintain modesty.

Mid-Victorian:

Next, we move into the Victorian era. This is the styles of the mid-Victorian period. Here, we have the chemise again, along with an actual corset with the metal hook and eye front closure called a busk. Drawers, the hoop skirt, and 2-3 petticoats were worn. Sometimes, one may have been worn underneath the hoop skirt to protect one’s modesty if the wind caught the hoop skirt underneath. Corset covers also may have been worn to protect from the corset being seen through thin materials. Contrary to popular belief, corsets can be a comfortable support garment and hoop skirts are not difficult to wear. They are quite flexible. One may also note that on skirts with ruffles like the pink one above, the ruffles also frequently appeared in sets of 3, 5, or 7.

1950s:

I wear mid-century styles quite regularly. Its an easy style to incoorperate into daily wear. There were many different items worn underneath many different styled clothes during this period. I have spoken to a few women who lived during this period and more than once I have been told about the desire to wear 3 petticoats underneath their full dresses and skirts. girdles were also frequently worn, along with the merry widow corset and other under garments very similar to our own modern variety.

I hope you have enjoyed this brief look into the many layers underneath historical fashions and how they can have spiritual symbolism just simply by the amount that can be worn.

There are a few posts that I would like to mention:

On the Lady of Light Chantry, ArchMatrona Georgia has written about the Lucienne Tradition of the Ringing of the Silver Branch. I think this is a beautiful tradition and I would like to recommend it, especially for those who do not have a silver tree.

Please note that the Lucienne Tradition uses the Ostara Cycle in the lighting of the Sunwheel while the Janite Tradition uses the Divine Life Cycle, but the basic meaning is the same. https://deamatronablog.wordpress.com/blog/

Hymns: some of our priestesses and devotees are beginning to work on Deanic hymns. This is a much needed area in our religion. In the meantime, there are many beautiful Marian hymns that may be adapted for our Faith. A list of them may be found here: https://www.fisheaters.com/hymns.html. Also, listed on this site is Holy God, We Praise Thy Name. I always sing the first section of this hymn during liturgy. I sing it as Holy Dea, We Praise Thy Name. The first section of the Salve Regina is one I sing at the end of every liturgy. It was always one of my favorites.

Other areas of artistic development that I would like to see pursued for the Deanic Faith would be the areas of Sacred, Lyrical Dance and Iconography.

One way to gather a Faith Community together would be to learn Sacred Dance together. (Please check out Lyrical Dancing and you will understand that this form of dance, in its slow movement form, would be wonderful for Western Sacred Dance.).

Years ago, I would have questioned the placement of dance within liturgy, but a friend of mine, who converted to Judaism, explained to me about Davidic dancing. I have never seen it, but her joy and enthusiasm made me realize that sacred dance has been part of worship since the dawn of time.

A few years ago, I attended an Episcopal Church that had a magnificent choir. During liturgy, a sacred dance was performed by a group of young girls who belonged to the parish. Their costumes were tasteful and flowing and the dance was so reverent, I left realizing that dance has a place in liturgy, if it is done the right way. It was uplifting.

Sacred dance and hymns are a form of prayer and worship in and of themselves.

The Royal Titles for the Trinity

(Sunnadi is, of course, the day of the Sun. The Sun symbolizes the Bright Light of the Celestial Mother. It is also the symbol of Madria Theia. Madria Theia represents the Holy Mother and rules over this day.)

For Janite Deanists, (Day-an-ists) the Divine Feminine Trinity is Dea Madria/Mother God; Dea Filia/Daughter God and Dea Matrona/Great Mother God. Each, in our Tradition, has a royal title (1):

The Holy Daughter has three Royal/Priestly titles:

The Holy Daughter is Princess of the Earth. 

24) And the Genia (Jana) said: It is good that you bring your crown, for you are a great princess, but the Holy Child shall be Princess of all the World. (The Mythos of the Divine Maid, Chap. II verse 24.)

…1) To You I give the governance of all these things. 2) You shall command the movements of the waters and the wind shall be Your servant. 3) The seasons of the Earth shall You control and all the times and seasons in the lives of My creatures. 4) Every soul on Earth and in the Heavens shall be given into Your care and the highest stars of the firmament shall know You as their Sovereign….  6) And the Maid ruled over all the world... The Mythos of the Divine Maid, Chap. II verses 1-6.

This is reminiscent of both Persephone, who governs the Seasons and of Daughter Sophia, Who is the World Soul and governs Creation.

In Chapter II, the Genia/Jana continues to explain that the Holy Child, like the Goddess Sophia, is the Daughter of Wisdom. ( Lower Sophia is the Daughter of the Barbelo, Who is Higher Sophia, Wisdom, Herself.)

Sophia Come, eat of My Bread and Drink of the Wine I have mixed. These are the words of Wisdom/Sophia as found in Proverbs 9/5.

The Holy Daughter is Priestess of Heaven: 

30) And the Genia/Jana said: It is good that you bring your crown, for you are a true and loving priestess and a servant of your people, but the Holy Child shall be Priestess of all the world and shall serve Her children even to the last and greatest service. Mythos of the Divine Maid chapter 2 verse 30.

16: And She stood at the great Altar and took up a wheaten loaf (for full text see Mythos of the Divine Maid, chapter Seven verses 16- 24.

The Holy Daughter is Queen of Heaven.

10) And the children of Heaven greeted Her, crying: Hail, Princess of the World; Hail, Queen of Heaven. And they placed a crown of stars about Her head. 11) And the blue night was Her cloak and the stars of the sky, the crown about Her head and the moon lay at Her feet. And they cried again: Hail, Queen of Heaven. Mythos of the Divine Maid chapter seven verses 10 and 11.

(We have three versions of the Traditional main prayer to the Divine Feminine in the West, the Hail, Mary. The words are basically the same for each Person of the Trinity, which illustrates that Dea is One. The Hail, Anna version reflects the fact that the Holy Daughter is both Daughter of the Mother and Mother to us all.)

Hail, Anna, Fount of Grace, Glory be to Thee. Blessed art Thou, O, Queen of Heaven and Blessed is Thy Beloved Mother. Holy Dea, Daughter God, bless us, Thy children, now and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

The Celestial Mother is the Mistress of all Things and from Her flow the Seven Rivers of Life (the Janati and their Powers/Virtues). 

1) Before and beyond all things is the Mistress of All things, and when nothing was, She was. (The Creation, Chapter 1 verse 1.)

In Janite Tradition, the Celestial Mother is the Queen of Queens.

The Divine Mother is The Regent whose title is in-between Empress and Queen.   The Divine Mother is called Mistress of All Things.  Therefore, the Divine Mother is Queen of all Queens, also known as, High Queen. (1)

Hail, Mari, Fount of Grace, Glory be to Thee. Blessed art Thou, O, Queen of all Queens and blessed is Thy beloved Daughter. Holy Dea, Mother God, bless us, Thy children, now and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

And so, the Holy Daughter is the Queen of Heaven; the Celestial Mother is the Queen of all Queens and the Great Mother is the Empress of the Cosmos. Together, they are One. Blessed is She.



Eternal is the Light of the Mother.

Eternal is the Love of the Daughter.

Eternal is the Life of the Great Mother.

Glorious is the Eternity of Dea.
