Every DEANIC shelf is covered by a 1-year parts warranty and our 30-day return policy. Most issues are solved with a quick free part — here's how it works.

Missing or damaged wheel? We'll ship you a new one.

Our shelves arrive fully assembled, so there are no screws or parts bags to lose. The most common issue is a caster (wheel) damaged in transit or missing from the box. Email us your order number and a quick photo, and we'll ship replacement casters free of charge — usually within 1 business day.

What's covered

  • Missing or transit-damaged parts: wheels/casters, latches, leveling feet, shelf panels
  • Manufacturing defects within 1 year of delivery (bent frames, failed welds, faulty locks)
  • Orders from deanic.com and Amazon alike — just include your order number

How to request service

  1. Email service@chinacleanic.com or use our contact form
  2. Include your order number, the product name, and 1-2 photos of the issue
  3. We reply within 1 business day with a solution — replacement part, replacement unit, or refund per our return policy
