Free standard shipping on every order within the contiguous United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing, shipped from our US warehouses.

Order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping restrictions: At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or international addresses.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at service@chinacleanic.com and we will make it right — replacement or full refund.
